These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nail House USA website and the digital channels we make available for information, appointment inquiries, and customer support. By using these services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable.

Nail House USA is a professional nail studio in Jacksonville, Florida, offering Russian manicure, dry pedicure, builder gel, nail extensions, and related cosmetic nail and foot care.

Website Information

Our website provides general information about services, pricing, business hours, availability, and booking options. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, but details may change without advance notice. For current availability and service details, please use our booking system or contact us directly.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be requested or scheduled through Square Appointments or another method offered by our salon. An inquiry, chat message, or AI-generated response does not by itself confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when our booking system or salon team provides confirmation.

By making an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information and select the services and add-ons you need. The availability of services may depend on the specialist, the condition of the nails or feet, and the time reserved.

Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and Service Concerns

Our separate Cancellation Policy describes advance notice, cancellation and no-show charges, late arrivals, payment requirements, appointment changes, and service concerns. Please review it before booking; it forms part of the terms applicable to appointments.

If the policies are updated, the version made available in connection with your booking and applicable law will govern.

Cosmetic Services and Safety

Our manicure, pedicure, nail extension, reconstruction, and related services are cosmetic services, not medical diagnosis or treatment. We may recommend a different service, postpone an appointment, or decline a procedure when a visible nail or skin condition raises safety concerns.

Individual results and product wear vary. If you have a medical concern, consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

SMS, RCS, and AI-Assisted Messaging

Nail House USA may make customer service messaging available through SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), and Google Business Profile. These channels are primarily intended for customer-initiated, one-to-one conversations about services, prices, hours, location, and appointment options.

Where enabled, a Google-powered AI assistant may provide an initial response. Automated replies are informational and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Our team may review or take over conversations. A message from an AI assistant is not a confirmed booking and does not override current salon policies.

• Carrier charges: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP or use an unsubscribe option where supported by the channel.

Starting a service conversation does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional marketing messages. We do not use Google Business Profile AI messaging for unsolicited bulk promotional campaigns.

Acceptable Use

Please use our site and messaging channels respectfully and lawfully.
