By booking an appointment at Nail House USA, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, may be charged 100% of the booked service price.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show balance must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

Service Selection & Timing

Please select all services you would like to receive when booking, including designs, extensions, removal, reconstruction, or additional foot treatments. Additional services may require extra time and cannot always be added during the appointment.

If the service booked does not match the service requested at the appointment, we may need to adjust or reschedule the appointment based on available time.

Nails & Skin

For the safety of our clients and specialists, we reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we observe a nail or skin condition that may require medical evaluation.

Nail House USA provides cosmetic nail and foot care services only and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Payment

A valid payment method may be required to secure an appointment. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged according to this policy.
