Booking & Cancellation Policy — Nail House USA

By booking an appointment, you agree to the policy below. These rules help us provide high-quality service, respect our specialists’ time, and ensure fairness to all clients.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, are charged 100% of the selected service price.

If the payment method on file does not have sufficient funds at the time of the charge, future bookings will be suspended until the outstanding balance is fully paid.

Service Selection & Timing

Clients must select the exact service(s) when booking, especially for designs, extensions, and complex services that require additional time. If the booked service does not match the service requested at the appointment, we reserve the right to adjust the service, reschedule, or decline the appointment due to time limitations.

Health & Safety

For safety and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service if there are visible signs of infection, inflammation, open wounds, skin or nail conditions that may pose a risk. Before the service, photos and/or videos of the nails may be taken for documentation and quality control.

Age Policy

We do not provide nail services to minors. The nail plate continues to form during adolescence, and certain procedures may cause harm. If you wish to inquire about services for a teenager, please contact us in advance with clear photos or videos for consultation. Final approval is at the specialist’s discretion.

Payment Authorization

A valid card is required when booking to secure your appointment and to apply late cancellation or no-show fees if applicable.
